Accessibility Statement
Full Circle AT exists to make technology accessible, and our own website should be too. If anything here gets in your way, please tell us.
Our goal
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
How we check
- Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing (axe) in the standard, dark and high-contrast color themes.
- Pages are checked for keyboard use, with a visible focus outline, a skip link and no keyboard traps.
- The page code is checked against the HTML standard.
- Pages, forms and the control panel are checked again whenever they change.
Features you can use
- Display options at the top of every page: larger text, and light, dark or high-contrast (yellow on black) colors.
- Headings and landmarks on every page, so you can move around quickly with a screen reader.
- Clear forms: every field has a label, and if something needs fixing, a list of problems appears at the top with links to each field.
- Cheat sheets as web pages, Word documents and braille-ready files.
- Audio versions of blog posts, with the full text on the page.
- Spanish versions of our main pages.
Known limits
Two parts of the site come from other services, so we can’t fully control how accessible they are:
- The booking calendar on Book Services is provided by Microsoft Bookings. If it’s hard to use, call or text 712-250-7201 and we’ll book your session with you.
- The community referral form is part of our case management system. We test it too, and you can always refer by phone or email instead.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this website doesn’t work with your technology, or you need information in another format, we want to know. Call or text 712-250-7201, email amena.thomas@fullcircleat.com, or use this form. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the technology you use if you’re comfortable sharing it.
