By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Technology Assessment &amp; Intake<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Every training relationship begins with a 1:1 evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Virtual Evaluation:<\/strong> If a recent assessment is not provided by your agency, a <strong>virtual Technology Assessment<\/strong> will be conducted during the first session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> We will use either your agency\u2019s required template or our own proprietary <strong>Full Circle AT<\/strong> assessment template to document your needs and goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agency Referrals:<\/strong> If you have an active case, we prefer that you request <strong>Full Circle AT LLC<\/strong> as your preferred vendor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Progress &amp; Case Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For agency-funded clients, we provide professional documentation in the <strong>PAIP<\/strong> (Purpose, Assessment, Intervention, Plan) format. Notes are sent to your counselor within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of each session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Technology Recommendations &amp; Task Analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If specialized technology is required to meet a vocational goal, we will provide a formal recommendation report. This includes a detailed <strong>Task Analysis<\/strong> (a breakdown of exactly what you need to do) to justify the specific device or software being recommended to the agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Recording of Training Sessions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure the highest level of service, training sessions may be recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> These recordings are used exclusively for <strong>Quality Assurance<\/strong> and to ensure the accuracy of your <strong>PAIP Case Notes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consent:<\/strong> You have the right to choose whether or not your sessions are recorded. Please indicate your preference on the intake form. Your decision regarding recordings will not impact your eligibility for training services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Homework &amp; Practice Expectations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Consistent practice is essential for mastery. Clients are expected to complete assigned homework between sessions. If practice tasks are consistently unaddressed, the trainer will collaborate with the client to adjust the training plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Professionalism &amp; Code of Conduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All interactions must remain professional and respectful. Discrimination of any kind\u2014including sex, disability, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, family status, race, or pregnancy status\u2014will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Billing &amp; Payment Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Full Circle AT LLC operates exclusively online. All payments must be made <strong>electronically<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Agency Rate:<\/strong> <strong>$40.00\/hr<\/strong> (Standard rate for VRC, IL, and organizations).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individual Rate:<\/strong> <strong>$17.50\/hr<\/strong> (For income over $2,000\/mo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Community Access:<\/strong> <strong>FREE<\/strong> (For income under $2,000\/mo and <strong>no<\/strong> active agency case).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. The Community Tip Jar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If your monthly income is below $2,000, your training is always 100% free.<\/strong> For those who do not meet the free threshold but need help, a reduced fee may be available via the <strong>Community Tip Jar<\/strong>.
