Terms and Conditions of Training

This policy ensures fairness, respect, and transparency in all aspects of Full Circle AT LLC’s training services. It outlines the procedures for requesting training, billing, professionalism, and client expectations.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Requesting Training Services

Clients may request training tailored to specific learning objectives. However, if foundational skills are required to achieve those objectives, trainers may recommend prerequisite lessons.

For example, if a client wishes to learn Zoom Breakout Rooms but lacks proficiency in VoiceOver, the trainer may advise mastering VoiceOver first. Clients who choose to bypass foundational training will receive clear guidance on whether their goals are feasible based on their current skill level.

Alternatively, clients may request a skills assessment, during which the trainer evaluates abilities and develops a structured training plan with SMART goals to support long-term success.

2. Homework & Practice Expectations

To effectively learn new assistive technology skills, consistent practice is essential. Clients are expected to complete assigned homework after each training session.

If a client struggles to complete practice tasks, the trainer will discuss challenges and collaboratively determine the best course of action. This process ensures that clients make the most of their time and resources while allowing others access to training services.

3. Professionalism & Code of Conduct

All interactions between Full Circle AT LLC staff and clients must remain professional and respectful.

  • Trainers will uphold professionalism in their language, conduct, and instruction.
  • Discrimination of any kind—including but not limited to sex, disability, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, family status, race, or pregnancy status—will not be tolerated.
  • Clients must treat trainers with respect and adhere to the same non-discrimination principles.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in the termination of training services.

4. Billing & Payment Policy

Clients will receive two (2) hours of training or technical support before an initial payment is required. After making payment, clients may access up to four (4) additional hours before further payment is required.

  • Payments must be made electronically—checks and cash are not accepted, as Full Circle AT LLC operates exclusively online.
  • Training fees are non-refundable once a session has been conducted.
  • Clients who prepay but decide not to continue within two (2) weeks may receive a full refund for any unused training fees.

This structure ensures fair compensation for trainers while helping clients manage financial commitments responsibly.

4.1 Billing Increments

Full Circle AT LLC charges an affordable hourly rate but does not bill by the minute. This policy helps maintain flexibility, as any funds earned beyond training or technical support time will be placed in a community tip jar to benefit future clients.

While some questions may take only five minutes, additional time is required for preparation, scheduling, and service management. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to make training accessible for all.

5. Sliding Scale Training & Tip Jar Program

Discounted training may be available based on available funds in the community tip jar.

  • Clients who cannot afford full training costs may pay a reduced fee if sufficient tip jar funds are available to cover the remainder.
  • For example, if a client can afford $5 per hour and the hourly rate is $17.50, training can proceed if $12.50 exists in the tip jar.
  • While tipping or contributing extra funds is optional, clients who later secure employment or additional income are encouraged to pay it forward to support future individuals in need.

This system helps ensure accessible training while maintaining fair compensation for trainers.

6. Agreement & Signature

By proceeding with training, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to adhere to Full Circle AT LLC’s Training Terms and Conditions.
